When Joe Dwyer places an ad for a mail-order bride, he never imagines receiving a letter like the one he gets from Lacey Reagan. She is worried about her life and has no other option than to run away from her violent father. Joe gladly gives her money to come and join him in Montana.
When she gets there, she realizes their marriage will be nothing more than an arrangement. Her safety (along with some beautiful horses) will give Joe a better name throughout the town. He will no longer be seen as a playboy but as someone serious and married.

Another great book in the series. I am truly enjoying every book in their series as I am devouring them quickly! A must-read!
