When Reckless decides to marry, he realizes that there aren’t many choices for him in his tribe, especially when he thinks about how many are related to him. He sees that his white relatives have had success with mail-order brides and decides he may just have to try it himself.
So, he looks for another tribe and asks if there are eligible maidens who would be willing to move and marry him. Whispering Brook and her family visit, and the two quickly fall in love.
