  • Is Heather Finally Going to Get Her Happily Ever After?

Book Cover off of Amazon Website

With only a month to go until her special day, Heather is super stressed about the wedding and move-in day at the residential hall where she works. When a junior RA turns up dead a few days before everyone moves in, life becomes even more complicated. And then, Heather’s long-lost mother decides to show up, and she just can’t even handle everything that is being thrown her way.

So, what is a girl to do? Basically, she has to figure out what has happened to the girl who has died, of course! Instead of worrying about wedding bells, she is worrying about bullets. She is determined to get to the bottom of it, before anyone else gets hurt.

Will solving the mystery get in the way of her happily ever after? Readers will love the ending to Heather’s stories in The Bride Wore 12 by Meg Cabot. Another great Cabot novel!

  • A Pop Star Invades Heather’s College Dorm and Changes Everything

Book Cover off of Amazon Website

Heather is hoping for a calm summer. Her residential dorm is closed for renovations over the summer, so she just has a few residents helping to keep things running. But then, Tania’s bodyguard gets shot, and her camp of teenage girls gets moved into the dorm.

She gets ready for a reality TV crew, Tania, and a slew of teenage girls, until a homicide spoils the fun. Cooper and Heather are determined to get to the bottom of it, all while trying to figure out their new relationship (and hiding it from the world).

Another great read in the series. You can’t go wrong with Size 12 and Ready to Rock by Meg Cabot. I can’t wait to see how this series ends!

  • Life Is Looking Up for Heather

Book Cover off of Amazon Website

Life is going well for Heather in Big Boned by Meg Cabot. She has settled into a routine as an Assistant Dormitory Director and sometimes sleuth. She is still working for her landlord, Cooper, in exchange for free rent. Her father is moving into his own place. She is also in a mature relationship with Tad Tocco, her math professor.

Even better, nobody has died lately in “Death Dorm,” though that is about to change when her unlovable boss ends up dead. This time, Heather is on the suspect list, along with many others, including the leader of a group who is about to strike and a minister who’s been accused of taking liberties with some girls at the college.

When people want her to go back into show business, Heather isn’t sure what she should do, though she really has to get to the bottom of the mystery, even if she could end up hurt in the process!

Another great read by Cabot. I can’t wait to see how the series will play out!

  • Heather’s Story Just Keeps Getting Better and Better!

Book Cover off of Amazon Website

In Size 14 is Not Fat Either by Meg Cabot, Heather is back at it, except she has gained a few more pounds! She is still working as an assistant dorm director at New York College when another death makes people refer to her dorm as Death Dorm.

Though she tries to stay out of it, when a popular cheerleader’s head is found in the kitchen of the dormitory, it is hard when nobody can really figure out where the rest of the body is (or who did it). So, Heather starts snooping, as only she can do.

It also helps her deal with her life. Her ex-con father shows up on her doorstep. Her ex-fiance won’t stop calling her, even though he is about to marry someone else. Plus, she can’t really deal with the feelings that she has for her roommate.

However, Heather has to be careful, or she might be next in the line of murders in the building!

Another great read by Cabot. I can’t wait to finish the series and see what Heather gets up to next!

  • Heather Is Determined to Figure Out What is Going On, No Matter the Cost!

Book Cover off of Amazon Website

In Size 12 is Not Fat by Meg Cabot, we meet Heather Wells, whose life has changed majorly. She was a famous pop idol with a famous boyfriend. She lost her recording contract, her boyfriend, and her money (when her mother ran away with it).

So, what is a girl to do? She gained a few dress sizes, found a place to stay, and a new job, even though it is not glamorous at all! She becomes an assistant dorm director at one of New York’s top colleges, which, once she is done with her probation period, will help her with a college degree.

However, what should be a good job turns into a nightmare when a dead body is discovered at the bottom of an elevator shaft. Elevator surfing is a strange hobby for college students, but Heather just knows that the dead girl is not one who would ever elevator surf. That is just not something that girls do. But nobody wants to listen to her, including her colleagues and the police.

However, when another one ends up dead the same way, Heather decides that she is going to get to the bottom of the crime and figure out how these girls are dying. But will Heather find herself in trouble as she gets closer to solving the mystery?

I love Meg Cabot, and I just love this series. I can’t wait to start the next one!
